Jasmine Kemp

I will be focusing on the important question of whether photography has to be just one simple picture of an object or scene, or whether photographs can push boundaries of frames and perspective, in so creating a unique version of art. To do this I will be looking closely at different compositional techniques such as layering and position of the main subject to create a new reimagined frame. I will investigate how photography can be an expressive medium like a painting and how it has been developed into an illusion of time, space, and location.
